In my previous job i was always willing to come in to work when a co-worker called in sick or went on vacation. It allowed the business to operate smoothly without interruption.





A manager allowed me to work as a bookkeeper for one day a week. I could balance a daily ledger.





When a co-worker had a baby, i worked 2 shifts straight that day.





I didn't have any conflicts but other workers would come to me to ';mediate'; their disputes. I was usually able to do it successfully..
