1. Start with a clean face - do not use soaps, use cleansers - it makes all the difference

2. SPF lotions of at least 15 + your moisturizer, I mix it

3. if i feel like wearing bare minerals , I KNOW to protect my skin %26amp; wear a primer! It helps anyway w/others.

4.Do around your eyes first after your initial foundations- I prefer minerals, if you do eyes first you can always fix your mistakes later + add more if you like.

5.Do rest of face, with foundations if not already %26amp; Do lips %26amp; cheek colors of the same hue. Do not clash warms with cools as in pink %26amp; orange.

6. Brush on your face powder - if any

7. Now use a brush %26amp; get any residue off your eye brows or lashes, also shape them to the way you want them. ps. if you point your eye lashes towards you hair line it looks better -

8. I do concealer last, with the perfect shade %26amp; if i need to I put some little bit of powder to blend it in. Usually a tad with blending of my pinkie finger does it. What do you apply first before foundation? whats your step by step make up application style?
A good water-based moisturizer before anything first. I let it dry before putting on my makeup on.

Foundation is in a stick form. I apply it to my cheeks, eyelids, nose, forehead, area around my lips and to my jawline. Then I blend it properly with a sponge.

Next is a brush swirled around in pressed powder and dusted all over my face to set the creamy foundation. It prevents it from sliding off and onto different places.

Eyeshadow next. Color, contour, lining and mascara. It all happens here. Slick back eyebrows with clear mascara.

Blush or bronzer next, depending on the occasion

Lipstick and lip gloss last.
Before anything, wash your face, use a toner, a moisturizer, and then a primer

Application:

*Wash your face

*Apply a toner

*Apply a moisturizer with SPF 15 at least in it

*Use a ';primer'; like Smashbox Photo Finish or for a cheaper product, go for Rimmel's Fix %26amp; Perfect Primer or even Monistat Anti-Chafing Powder Gel

*Eyeshadow

*Eyeliner

*Mascara

*Foundation

*If you have blemishes or blotchiness use a concealer of your choice to even you out

*Apply a Transluscent Powder to set your make-up so it stays put

*Fill in your Eyebrows

*Apply Blush or Contour, whichever you prefer

*Lipliner, Lipstick, Gloss and you're finished!
