Go to the Mac store where they sell only make up in the Malls
Drag Queens! I know it sounds crazy but they are a big help.
its called mac makeup. its in the modesto mall. its in the store macys. i went there they have really great tips.

if you go to maybelline's *sp* official site they do digital tips its really really helpful and they also have a makeup studio so you can see what the makeup looks like on your pictures the best part is that it's all free mines on there now really helpful before you go and buy something you can see what it looks like on you....see how much it changes your apperiance...then after you put make up on the picture and there are tips on everything brushes and such....

One place u can go to is Victoria's Secrete, thats where i get my make-up, they have all sorts of colors and shades, u can get a professional to help u find the right shades, and after u choose the right look, u can buy it all!!!!
