system tools


disk cleanup





then click the box that says ';temporary internet files'; ...


that should make it go faster..





you could also do the ';disk defragmentor';


its also at ';system tools';


click ';defragment'; on the window..








that should do it..


oh ya..ALWAYS do a disk cleanup BEFORE u defragment..it could lead so something serious..

Check how much memory you have. If you have 256MB or less, you could use some more.
